Real feedback on our women's self-defense seminars
"This self-defense seminar was incredibly empowering and eye-opening! Adam made the techniques simple and effective, so I felt more confident in my ability to protect myself. He created a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone, regardless of age or ability, could participate and learn. I walked away feeling stronger, more aware, and ready to handle real-world situations. I highly recommend this workshop to any woman who wants to feel safer in her daily life!”

Seminar HostI attended a self-defense seminar, which was well planned, informative, and interactive. There was ample instruction, demonstration, and practice with the various techniques we were taught. Adam (instructor) and Lois (assistant) provided feedback while practicing and encouraged questions about variations or alternate situations. I would highly recommend the seminar for all ages, as knowing how to defend oneself enough to get away are important skills.
